I just came back from Las Vegas, and while we were out there we made sure to take a day and road trip to see the Grand Canyon. I am so glad that we did, here are some of the photos that we got. 

The one thing that I want to share with people is that the canyon must be experienced in person, no photo or video can truly show you the scale and mystic that is there. You can see all the layers that have taken over millions of years to erode. It makes you stop and realize that this canyon was here long before humans were, and will likely be here much longer after we go. 

The national park for the canyon in Arizona is huge, and there is so much to explore there. We only had a few hours, and barely got to explore any of it. My favourite part of the day was going deeper into the park, were they stop putting fences up. I loved exploring the cliff side, it really gave you a feeling of being free. I have never wished harder to be able to fly. I wanted to jump off the edge and sore through the canyon.
